the room was big with a view, i was happy about that. the staff were fabulously friendly and helpful, no reason to complain. i spent 4 nights and would book here again.

Location just next door to the center of town as well as Parque Juarez and a plethora or restaurants and activities. Reasonably large room, clean bathroom with bathtubs. Amiable and supper friendly staff throughout.

The hotel's location in Xalapa's downtown area is outstanding. Being only a block from the centre, it is close to everything, making it the perfect base for exploring the city. Additionally, the staff at this hotel are incredibly friendly and attentive. From the helpful guy at the front desk who assisted me with my early check-in to the polite restaurant staff and housekeeper, I truly felt appreciated as a guest. The breakfast was also a highlight, with delicious and fast service. I especially loved the chilaquiles, which were incredibly tasty. Furthermore, the housekeeper did an amazing job of keeping everything clean and replacing amenities daily. this hotel offers great value for money, with basic amenities and comfortable rooms with a view.
